EPA's landing page states that this draft risk assessment was released January 14, 2025 and identifies the document as January 2025, report 820-P-25-001. It models PFOA/PFOS exposure scenarios rather than measuring a Yuma exposure. The separate June 29, 2026 draft guidance memorandum, announced July 1, is a different document. Draft status, scenario assumptions and local pathways must be distinguished before applying a result to a particular property. Agency pages and the separate guidance memorandum reviewed September 20, 2026.
