Imperial County Public Works' staff report in the Oct. 20 Board agenda, Item 35. It documents erosion at the Arnold Road Bridge, the May 19 emergency declaration, the repair plan, weekly inspections, the intent to keep it open as the only Picacho detour, and procurement through proposals due Oct. 12. The appended resolution has blank adoption fields, so the packet does not establish the Board's Oct. 20 vote, bid receipt or award.
