Visually verified header, lot plan, owner/developer box and legal description. Western edge follows Avenue 7E; southern edge is 48th Street; eastern edge is Mississippi Avenue (Avenue 7-1/2E). The northern boundary follows the described line 1,535 feet north of the section south line with a 104-foot northward offset around Tract A. Existing Saguaro Units 5 and 6 are marked NOT-A-PART. This is a preliminary plan, not proof of final parcel assignments, completed homes or sales. Public streets and alleys are excluded from assessments by R2026-049. Gross district area is not the assessable-acreage denominator.
