New fraud and unlicensed-practice allegations have been reported against Jennivyr Derakhshan, a Yuma woman already accused in an earlier nursing case, according to KYMA's October 8 report.

The station identifies her as the owner of Aura Grace Aesthetic Medical Group and Radiant Adult Medical Group in Yuma. It reports that a separate 2025 case included fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and more than a dozen unlicensed-nursing counts. Yuma Informed has not independently verified the ownership or obtained the charging document for that earlier case.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office booking portal records a September 30, 2026, booking and labels her prisoner type Pending Court Action. No release date was displayed when the record was checked October 10.

Under docket J1401CF2026000577, the portal lists fraudulent schemes/artifices and nursing practice without a license. Both disposition fields are blank.

The same page also lists fraud and unlicensed-medicine entries under a different docket, J1401IA2026001274. Both are marked "No Complaint Filed," with an October 2 disposition date.

That distinction matters. KYMA includes medicine among the new allegations, but the booking table does not independently establish that all four entries are currently filed criminal counts. The complaint and current court docket are needed to reconcile the entries.

KYMA reports a court return later in October. The available article text does not give a date or time, and Yuma Informed has not obtained a hearing order.

These are allegations, not findings of guilt. The available booking record does not establish patient harm, the amount of any alleged fraud, or the outcome of the separate 2025 case.
